At WAZelo, we provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated information from our platform, please follow the official request process through our internal support system.


How to Request Account & Data Deletion:


Step 1: Open a Support Ticket (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your WAZelo dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the "Support Ticket" or "Support Desk" section in the side menu.

  3. Click on "Open New Ticket".

  4. Select the category "Account / Privacy".

  5. In the subject field, write: "Permanent Account Deletion Request".

  6. In the message body, confirm that you want to delete all your data.

  7. Submit the ticket.

Step 2: Manual Request (If you cannot log in) If you are unable to access your dashboard, you can still request deletion by emailing us at support@wazelo.corepyx.com using your registered email address. Please include your username and phone number.


Processing and Timeline:

  • Verification: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

  • Final Deletion: Once confirmed, all your data will be permanently purged from our active databases within 48 to 72 hours.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a final notification once the deletion process is completed.

What Happens to Your Data? Upon successful processing of your deletion request:

  • Identity Data: Your name, email, and password will be erased.

  • WhatsApp API Credentials: All tokens and connection keys to the WhatsApp Business API will be destroyed.

  • Communication Logs: All history of sent and received messages will be permanently deleted.

  • Contact Lists: Any contact databases or groups you have uploaded will be removed.
